法蘭克福默費爾登貝斯特韋斯特會議機場酒店 (Best Western Conference Airporthotel Frankfurt Mörfelden)

Das Zimmer war super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es ist nicht die modernste Einrichtung aber alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Blick auf den See. Das Frühstück war ebenso gut, wenn auch die eine oder andere Käsesorte so aussah als habe sie schon eine Weile gelegen.

Not to recommend, too loud and noise the other hotel guests. Drinking and crouding. No relax. Too expensive for that price 😭😭😭

Service started out bad and it got worse. I arrived two hours prior to check-in and I was very understanding that I was early. I sat in the waiting area for two hours waiting to be checked into my room. At 3 PM, I went to the front desk and they guided me to a touchpad instead of handling me personally. I inputted all the information necessary and clicked enter. It froze up and said “insert card.” I went back to the front desk and the attendant avoided me once they realized that the system failed. I spent 30 minutes waiting to get a key card. Now I’ve been there an additional 2 1/2 hours and I finally got into the room. I then discovered that the Aircon and the refrigerator did not work. I went downstairs to ask for help. I was ignored again. Another 30 minutes went by. She questioned my honesty. She asked to enter the room so that I could prove that the items were not working. She acknowledged that the room was really hot. She then made some minor adjustments. An hour later, it was still really hot in the room. I went downstairs again to ask for assistance. Once again they ignored me. 40 minutes later, she finally assigned me another room. Worst customer service ever. IN ADDITION, after assigning the second room, she decided I needed to pay parking and tax that she neglected earlier… even though the website stated free parking. DON’T STAY HERE! Deceiving practices.

非常好的酒店，乾淨衞生，床鋪也非常的舒服的。 早餐也非常的豐盛。，價格也非常的優惠的。 之前每次在法蘭克福轉機一直在Niu Air 酒店住，下月打算在法蘭克福轉機還住在這😀😀😀

房間要4天才打掃一次，並且每天也不清理垃圾。説好的4天打掃衞生，結果也沒打掃。房間的暖氣還是個壞的，後來果斷換了房間，不值得推薦入住

The breakfast was simple and basic, you get what you want. The room was big and nice.

Alles soweit gut gelaufen. Ruhige Lage im Infustriegebiet. Gut für Ausflüge.

They had a good breakfast with very nice coffee The room was hot and not the best stay l had - the bad was very hard but maybe some guest like it this way The room service forget to provide me free water and cups and tea ☕️ The Italian restaurant is great for dinner Near by currently is a construction site so it’s getting very busy and very noisy
